I have been retained on several legal cases as an Expert Witness involving all areas of my expertise.

WHAT IS AN EXPERT WITNESS?

 

  • Someone who has specialized knowledge and an in-depth understanding of food science, safety standards, food handling, storage, packing and regulatory requirements of the FDA and USDA.

  • Provides an  understanding of Regulations, familiar with industry standards and federal and state food regulations enabling them to access compliance and identity violations.

  • Translates technical or scientific concepts related to food into understandable terms to the court

  • Analyzes Evidence

  • Supports Litigation

  • The goal is to provide Objective and impartial Testimony to the court
