What follows my passion for food is my love to write about it. I have taken my experience of writing marketing proposals for over 10 years and transferred it to writing about all aspects of food, the restaurant industry and also entering the space of cookbooks with experience in creating, testing and writing recipes, and in relation to cookbooks, both editing and creating proposals for success with both national publishers and self publishing.
I have been a contributing writer for a pastry trade magazine, various culinary websites, my local newspaper and am in the process of writing my own cookbook involving high altitude recipes.
