Rice Wine Vinegar is NOT only for A–≠sian cooking.

I use it for:

  • In my tuna salad:

    tuna, mayo, relish, touch of sugar, shredded carrots, dijon mustard, and a splash of rice wine vinegar

  • To open the pores of a rack of ribs intead of using white viengar

  • To make a marinade for salmon:

    Sesame oil, chopped scallions, water, sugar, rice wine vengar

  • When I make Miso Soup:

    Instead of using sake in the recipe

  • Potato Salad for extra tang....


...........anywhere I need an unexpected 'kick"!
